Welcome to the Year 6 Transition Page. Here you will find important information and regular updates regarding your child's transition to high school next September.
The page will be updated throughout the course of the year so please do check at regular intervals for details regarding, application submissions, virtual school tours and all other relevant information including top hints and tips as to how best to prepare your child for high school. Please access the links below by clicking them or alternatively copying and pasting them into your browser. There is also an attached PowerPoint at the bottom of page detailing changes to your child's schooling on entering high school.
